Great product, excellent customer service

I cannot even begin to express the level of customer service I received from PANGAEA. Carolyn and Dana were excellent, walked me through the whole process, left no question unanswered. The internet service has been fantastic, I love that there are no hidden fees, the monthly price is what you pay.
